AIAA Houston section invites you to come and celebrate April 12, a huge day in space history.

On April 12 in 1961, Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first human in space, making a 108-minute orbital flight in his Vostok 1 spacecraft.

Twenty years later the first shuttle mission took place on April 12, 1981.

Finger food and refreshments will be provided. Bring your good spirit and your friend!
